PayPal is a very useful online money transaction service many of us may be do not know about this international service. So better choice is that, choose New Zealand as country. This country has supported paypal service and paypal don't know their street address or other information like they know US or UK. Go to: http://paypal.com/nz & click sign up. Choose your account type (business/personal).
